Peru: World Week dedicated to Italian eno-gastronomy

The ONAV family (delegation of Peru, Colombia, Canada) is pleased to announce that as part of the world week dedicated to Italian eno-gastronomy, the ONAV Peru delegation will have the pleasure and honor of collaborating with CCIP and the Italian Embassy in Lima for the presentation of an area dedicated to the technical tasting of Italian wine, not only in technical and qualitative terms, but also as a culture and approach to a world as complex and broad as that of wine. ONAV will meet and share experiences and a dialogue table with those that are emerging countries, but equally important in the world of wine. Very important at this event, and most likely within the ONAV family, will be the oenologist Dr. Gianluca Di Loro of ONAV Canada.

GAMBERO ROSSO EVENT 2025 VANCOUVER

As usual, the Gambero Rosso event took place in Vancouver at the beautiful Hyatt Regency hotel, an important event that mainly involves wineries, importers and restaurateurs. I had the opportunity not only to see people I already knew, but to establish relationships that could materialize with future collaborations. As ONAV we pursue the goal of teaching the technical tasting of wine and of course moderate drinking.
