GAMBERO ROSSO EVENT 2025 VANCOUVER
As usual, the Gambero Rosso event took place in Vancouver at the beautiful Hyatt Regency hotel, an important event that mainly involves wineries, importers and restaurateurs. I had the opportunity not only to see people I already knew, but to establish relationships that could materialize with future collaborations. As ONAV we pursue the goal of teaching the technical tasting of wine and of course moderate drinking. This event was, as always, well organized in its smallest details (which are those that make the difference) by Dr. Ilaria Bardan Executive Director of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in Vancouver, and by Alex Martyniak Executive Director of the European Chamber of Commerce, a round of applause to all their staff.
