COURSE

COURSE

ONAV Canada has been present on Canadian soil for a short time (January 2024). We rightly need to make ourselves known in the Canadian wine scene.

Our big goal is to organize the first level course “Technical Wine Tasters”.

The teaching plan of this course is structured with theoretical lessons and tasting experiences, ensuring the formation and consolidation of a complex knowledge of the wine product, through the mastery of the techniques of olfactory descriptor and perceiver, as well as the geological characteristics of the soils and the organoleptic characteristics they represent in the glass, and last but not least by national and international enography.

With this course you will have professional opportunities: working as a winery selector, or a career as a buyer, corporate communicator, or even as an ambassador of wine and individual territories. License of “Technical Wine Tasters“. It is recognized by the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies (Italian), giving the right to automatic registration in the “professional register” and the possibility of being part of the selection committees for wine competitions and quality certification committees.
